"Staff and bartenders were very friendly. Rooms smelled bad. We called and made sure the pool was going to be open during our stay but they closed it a day early."

"From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the property but what stood out was the friendly staff (esp Lulu!). Great location, easy to access and really enjoyed our stay!"

"The key card reader of the original room I was suppose to stay in was not functional. The front desk person who checked me in insisted there was nothing he could do in terms of moving rooms or opening the door, so his solution was to keep me in their conference room for hours until maintenance arrived to fix the door. I was visibly angry but absolutely tired so I didn’t argue. I napped in that conference room for an hour until I was fed up and arrived at the front desk to demand something be done. Thankfully, another person took over his shift and this person immediately got me a new room and apologized on his behalf. I was just confused and angry why he didn’t attempt to do anything to help me"

"Check in was quick and easy, room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and updated amenities. The location was great if walking around Manitou and easily accessible from the highway as well. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with more options than we have had at other stays along our trip. I would definitely stay again, a good value for the price"

"Excellent rooms. Ice cold refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. Coffee pot needs upgrading Get rid of the one ply toilet paper Bar and drinks were excellent Restaurant not so good. Very limited menu. Also not open for lunch Room cleaning non existent. Only offered room cleaning at 4pm on last day of our 4 night stay"
