A door code will be provided prior to check-in.

This is not a party property. To maintain positive relationships with our neighbors, please follow quiet hours:
Friday–Saturday: 10:00 PM
Sunday–Thursday: 8:30 PM
If you are outdoors or in the hot tub after quiet hours, please use quiet voices.
A $250 fine applies for noise violations.

Fire Safety:
We are surrounded by beautiful trees and live in a high fire-risk area.
No open wood fires anywhere on the property — $500 fine for violations.
A gas fire pit is provided on the back patio for guest use.

Smoking & Substances:
No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage — $500 fine.
No illegal substances anywhere on the property — $500 fine.
