The room was very nice and decorated well. I did not like that i had to walk outside to get to the casino. The casino was crowded and construction was going on. The restaurant was understaffed so we ate off site. The machines didn’t pay out at all. Overall I would not stay there again.

When we go to Cripple Creek was always stay a the Golden Nugget. It has mice rooms and great restaurants.

Great place to stay. Went to the Ice Festival and Ice Castles while there, it was convenient and they had free shuttles taking us to where we needed to go.

A "Gap"-ping Adventure at Wildwood Hotel and Casino Ever heard of "rustic charm" being taken a bit too literally? Welcome to our stay at the Wildwood Hotel and Casino, where the bathroom door took us on a "gap"-ping adventure into the wild! This barn door, a beacon of openness, left little to the imagination - and I mean *little*. Navigating bathroom trips became a game of "hide and seek" with my dignity, as every sound and aroma became public domain. "Honey, why don't you explore the casino? I'll just... check the weather in here," became my go-to line, trying to steer my wife away from the imminent sensory broadcast. Let's just say, we got closer than ever before, mastering the art of timing and air freshener sprays. The experience was one part comedy, one part survival skills workshop. Who knew a stay at the Wildwood could be so "air-opening"? Rating: Three stars for turning a "crappy" situation into a bonding bonanza. Kudos to the hotel for its unique take on ventilation. Just maybe consider a solid door for those of us who prefer our bathroom concerts to be solo performances.

Loved the property and our room. Staff was exceptional! Friendly. Only problem we had was not being able to access the hotel shuttle. Only rode it once. Had to arrange another shuttle for activities.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out! There was a major snow storm while we were there and the staff did a great job keeping everything as clear as possible to keep everybody safe!

If you want to watch any tv you must log into your own streamjng services they dont even offer local chanels They have a single cup coffee pot with 2 coffee. We were there 4 days maids never came by to replenish coffee, sugar, toilet paper, etc. Heat pump was so dirty folters had inch of dust and dust was coming out of grills

Check in and check out staff were fantastic. We arrived about 2 hrs earlier than check in and were told they were busy cleaning rooms and our room would be ready in about 30-45 mins. No problem since we were going to eat and then go exploring. When we got to our car, a staff member came to our car to tell us our room was ready! Fantastic customer service! Everyone was smiley, friendly and on top of it! Our first time staying here and it won’t be our last. The property was open, clean and staff we met on each floor were gracious and friendly. Great addition to Cripple Creek. We came to visit the Ice Castles that evening.
