About this property

Beautiful 2 BR. Lake Side home pvt entrance. Walkout to Monument Lake. Sleeps 6

  • 2019 built home with newly completed walk out rental unit. Features include a king bedroom with memory foam mattress and nice linens. Tiles bath w/shower Studio area includes a wine bar, full stainless steel refrigerator, and mini kitchen. The relaxation room hosts a barn door entertainment center and ample seating arrangements. 2nd bedroomThe central room has a day bed which slides out to make another king size bed or two twins.
    Walking in or out of this unit is covered by the deck above. Monument Lake is just out our back yard fence double gate. We have kayaks paddles and life jackets available. We live upstairs on the main level! Central A/C was installed in September 2019. Located just 1/2 mile from downtown Historic Monument and all it has to offer, plus just a 10 minute drive to Palmer Lake village, 20 minutes to Castle Rock Outlet shopping, 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Manatou Springs, and Old Colorado City and many other wonderful attractions . 2nd bedroom has Queen size sleeps 2. Additional daybed in central area also sleeps 2.
