I just love staying at the Villa. I climb the incline every year in June and it’s the perfect place to stay since the bus that takes you to the base is literally right across the street. Staff is always so friendly. The rooms are just what I need. Everything is in walking distance but it’s not in the hustle and bustle of everything so it’s quiet. Booking for next year already!!!

It was very close in walking distance to downtown and across from a park. Pool was a little dirty and hot tub jets didn’t work great. Had to get more toilet paper for the room because we only were left with just under one roll for a couple of days with a family of four. Other than that it was clean and perfect for what we needed

Loved this place. It's a small property 8 min walking from Manitou Springs. We stayed in the cabins which have tall trees in front of them so more privacy. We kept bringing out the chairs to watch traffic while we read. Perfect way to end an evening. I would love to stay there again but next time I go to Colorado Springs area I will have my dog with me and unfortunately, no pets are allowed there. But I will always recommend it to my non-dog owner friends.

I had a very enjoyable and safe stay at the Villa Motel. It was so quiet! I slept so peacefully in the comfy king bed and felt safe the entire time. The room was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and professional, and the jetted tub was a much needed treat for me! As a single pregnant traveler, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it :)
