"Great spot! We love be the location and local restaurants, hiking, music and art. The kitchenette is great for early morning or late night do it yourself snacks. We’ve been a few times now. "

"Rooms were very clean. After hour support was great when we had an issue with the heat not working in our original premium room (big issue when it’s 20 degrees out). Thankfully they were practically empty and were able to switch to a comparable room in the next building. Addie was by far our favorite staff member who was full of life and cheer. Espresso on tap was a plus just wish it was in the room itself. WiFi was TERRIBLE. If you expect to get any work done while away which is very important or would like to stream a show in the cabins, think again lol. The beds & couches were super comfy. The worst part of the room besides the WiFi was the TV. It was beyond mediocre for the sheer size of the room. You could not comfortably see it from the bed or the couch. Also because of the terrible WiFi the tv would constantly cut out. Other wise the local area restaurants are great. Other than that there is not much to do if you do not ski. 2 nights is more than enough. Maybe the summer is better"

"From the very start, communication with Dave was excellent. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was even nicer in person than the photos. It was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Although it was quite cold outside, the home was cozy and warm, clearly well insulated, and the wood-burning stove was such a treat. We also braved the cold to enjoy the hot tub, which was absolutely delightful. The location truly can’t be beat. We were able to walk to everything we needed in Woodstock, and for the one outing that took us just outside of town to Bearsville Theater, Dave recommended a car service that was outstanding. We can’t say enough good things about our experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!"

"This beautiful house is about as close to town as you can get, and still really private. We’re a family of four and had plenty of space. It snowed both days we spent here, which meant hiking through the snow into town two times. We’ve stayed at very modern homes in the area, and that’s also a great experience. But our kids both said this was their favorite place we’ve stayed because of its charms."

"We loved the location right in town , excellent! Great shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. We loved the room too. About the only improvement I can think of is if you upgraded the couch to a full size one. We will book again the next time we go to Woodstock. "
