This is a wonderful, boutique hotel. There are only 10 rooms. Every single staff member was amazing! Very kind and helpful. There is a parking garage for your car. The hotel is litereally on the top of a hill. You have to walk up the hill to arrive at the hotel. They do have a golf cart for your bags, but you're expected to walk. The room was spacious and clean. Reception was very responsive in communication both through Expedia messaging as well as Whatsapp. We cannot recommend dinner enough, as the chef prepars delicious food.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The unique property (which requires/includes a fun ride in a golf cart for transporting your luggage) is only 7 months old so everything is new and modern. The views of Lake Como overall and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Chef Alessandro is super talented - - so much so - we chose to eat dinner at the hotel every night during our stay which is not something we’d normally ever do! Each night was a 5-star dining experience. The breakfast was also very good and the morning lake view from the dining room was spectacular. The staff were super friendly. We especially loved Diego, Colin and Giada. We felt like family there! Note: There is not much of a traditional town in Colonno - although the Greenway starts there which we highly recommend walking along to see many beautiful sights) and no ferry or bus service (in the off season of Oct) so having a car is super recommended in order to drive to the other Lake Como towns or take ferries across the lake.

Trip highlight in Collonna
Excellent modern accomodation with beautiful views of Lake Como from our large room. Comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner was excellent.

I would never stay at this property again. Certain staff members are dishonest, they are careless with your property and damaged one of our belongings (which was very expensive), getting in and out of the horrible car park entrance to the hotel. They didn't show any goodwill after this incident, despite us reporting it straight away and providing video evidence of the damage. They showed no willingness to take accountability for their staff's actions. Therefore, I would avoid staying here, especially when there are so many other wonderful options in Como.

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience but would like to provide more information.We want to first clarify that the damage you are talking about is a scratch on the surface of one of your suitcases.Regarding the car park, it is a large modern car park located on the main road, with large maneuvering areas and an easily accessible lift.The negative descriptions you have provided do not correspond to reality and do not most definitely do not reflect our commitment to providing a quality experience for our guests.Our luggage assistance service is offered both during check-in and during check-out, always in the presence of the guests. We take great care to ensure that our staff provides a quality service and so treat our guests' properties with the utmost respect.We have carefully examined the situation you describe and verified your video and the information provided by you and our staff and found no real evidence to support the insinuation that one of our colleagues damaged his suitcase during the journey.We are disappointed by the unfounded accusation and aggressiveness towards our establishment and we are especially sorry that it seems that you have focused the evaluation of your stay solely on the fact related to the suitcase.In light of our recount we cannot and do not hold any member of our staff responsible for the "damage" to your suitcase and would like to stress a last time how we constantly strive to offer an excellent service, but we cannot accept unjustified claims or gratuitous fabrications.

This hotel is nestled in the serene landscape of the Colonno region of Lake Como. It is unique in how peaceful and restorative the sense of the place is and how lovely and kind the staff and owners are. They saw to every detail of our stay and did it joyfully. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here our first night in Como while traveling for a friends wedding. When we arrived we had the perfect welcome, a deliciously fresh lunch and a recommended local wine. The dining area is encased in glass walls that are completely retractable - giving full view of the lake from every table. We spent the afternoon lounging beside the infinity pool (again the view is incredible). In the evening after dinner we retreated to the lounge overlooking the lights on the water with an equally wonderful local wine, played cards and talked into the night. In the morning, we walked into the charmingly idyllic local town which has a little waterfall running through it and the most timeless views of the Lake. We did not want to leave and will return for sure!

A gem of a hotel and perfect spot for a getaway
The Villa itself was fantastic, a perfect getaway in a quieter part of the lake. Colin and the rest of the team looked after us brilliantly, gave us some great local knowledge and helped make us feel thoroughly at home throughout. Would highly recommend and look forward to heading back. Would recommend having a hire car to get to and from the other spots around the lake as not a huge amount to do in Colonno itself.

BA flight was horribly late and the staff were so good at waiting up for us and not making us feel at all bad. The hotel is in a very quiet spot which is so unusual for Como, no traffic noise, just the sound of the birds and a wonderful view of the lake. Breakfast was good and the planting around the pool very pretty - good for the bees!

Great stay
Our stay at Villa Clementina was amazing. We were welcome by the owner who waited for us at the garage entrance and took us up himself personally to the hotel. The stay was very nice. We had a room with a terrace with the beautiful views of the Lake. They were so helpful whenever we asked for assistance. Highly recommended!!

숙소 추천!
처음으로 이 숙소를 다녀간 한국인입니다. 덕분에 너무 좋은 숙소를 다녀갔습니다. 저녁식사때 추천해주신 와인은 한국에서도 구할 수 있어 그 뒤로도 como를 추억하며 마셨습니다. Grazie!! 1. 숙소 가장 가까운 버스 정류장에 주차 할 수 있고, 도착 전 미리 연락하면 주차장 탑 층에 데리러옵니다. (네비/택시 탈 때 숙소말고 아래 버스정류장으로!) 2. 부득이하게 렌트를 못해서 버스를 타고 갔는데, 버스표는 버스 탈 때도 구매 가능하니 버스표가 없어도 고민말고 버스 타시면 됩니다. 검표원이 중간에 타서 표검사도 합니다.(버스는 평균 1시간 텀 / 기제된 시간보다 20~30분 늦게 올 수 있으니 포기말고 기다려보세요.) 3. 숙소 들어갈 때는 택시 탔는데, COMO.S.G 기차역에 운이 좋아 서있는 택시를 탔으나 잡기 어렵고 intaxi란 어플로 잡을 수 있던거 같던데...유심칩을 바꿔가 인증을 못받아 사용못했습니다. 택시비는 약 100유로 나왔습니다. 4. 근처 식당이 없어 숙소 식당을 이용했는데, 오히려 뷰가 너무 좋아 추천드립니다! 아무래도 산가까이 있으니 저녁 숙소밖 나갈때는 모기기피제 있음 좋을 것 같습니다.

Une pépite
Petit hôtel original et luxueux. Très en retrait de la route bruyante, accroché à la montagne, cet hôtel est un petit havre de paix. La piscine à débordement domine le lac et offre de très belles perspectives. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours prêt à vous satisfaire. Pour avoir testé plusieurs beaux établissements de la région, celui ci est une vraie pépite.

Prenez bien connaissance du sms que vous recevez 24h avant votre arrivée … surtout pour trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel ! Endroit magnifique refait à neuf, privilégiez les chambres avec vue sur le lac. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique. La carte du dîner mériterait d’être étoffée.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Clementina e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. La posizione dell’hotel è fantastica, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago di Como da ogni parte della struttura. La camera era ben arredata e con tutti i comfort necessari. Personale dell’hotel fantastico, molto cordiale e disponibile e Alessandro (lo chef) prepara davvero piatti deliziosi. Consigliamo vivamente il Boutique Hotel Villa Clementina a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante sul Lago di Como.
