Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

"The beds were comfy, room quiet and we had a great sleep. Close to Woolies. Close family-friendly restaurants closed on Sunday night. Room had no drinking water. But the best feature is the breakfast which was the best motel breakfast I've ever had."
