Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. There are many attractions close by, as well as food options. Breakfast is included, ans they were willing anf able to accommodate us with our plant-based meals. The pool was not avaolable for use, but there were so many other things to do. The staff even offered to take us to the attractions. Please note that Lunch and dinner are not included, and there are no prices listed, so ask in advance. Also, please meals are not made to order- you get what is being made for that meal at that time, so everything is fresh!
