"We arrived early but were made very welcome & it was no problem to leave our bags with reception & go out exploring on the hotel bikes (Free of charge) There was a slight mix up with our room allocation but it was eventually resolved & the staff were very apologetic. "The house is comfortable, wih well equiped kitchen, with small garden and there table and chairs on terrasse in the morning and sofas for drinks in the evening, an amazing pool wich was very usefull in hot days. The owner was bery nice and helpfull. The house is near the beach (around the corner) ..."

"The property was in an ideal location and the staff were really helpful especially Daniela who went over and above to help us get to the wine festival in Bardolino. The only thing I would change was the lack of pans and kitchen equipment in the apartment."
