The Küppersteg S-Bahn station (1 km away) with connections to Cologne and Düsseldorf. Bus stop 150m / 300m away. Shops easily accessible on foot.
Massages can be booked in-house, since physiotherapy practice is in-house.
Bed linen, hand, shower and tea towels (changed weekly) detergent / tablets, soap, kitchen and toilet paper are included!

Vacuum cleaners and cleaning agents can be given free of charge on request.
For toddlers: baby bottle warmer, children's cutlery
Setting up a children's travel bed is also possible!
Important for long-term bookings: For bookings over 28 days, the apartment is cleaned on Sunday and supplied with fresh bed linen.
Desired intermediate cleaning will be charged separately. Access for guests
The apartment is accessed on the right next to the house via the private parking lot of the employees to the rear, own access / front door on the far right. There is another access via stairs to the private terrace through the winter garden.
Own terrace with seating, smoking is allowed here!
Washing machines and dryers can be used on request
On request, free parking on the property, free parking in the whole neighborhood is possible.

District overview
There are shops nearby and are also within walking distance (Lidl - 1.4 km, net market - 850m, Aldi - 1.2 km, REWE - 1.2 km and EDEKA - 800m)
The apartment is located on the Reuschenberger forest (including an entrance 350 m), in which there is a forest cemetery (700 m) and a wildlife park (950 m). This invites you to go for a walk or jog.
Nearby there is a family-run Croatian "Haus Reuschenberg" (650 m) and a nice Italian restaurant "Ristorante Il Peperoncino" (850 m).
Bus lines 203 and 204 leave just around the corner on Mühlenweg. S-Bahn station Küppersteg (5-10 minutes' walk) offers the option of going to Cologne or Düsseldorf. Leverkusen-Mitte station, which can be reached with the two bus lines, has connections via the regional express lines 1 and 5. Opladen station offers the opportunity to get to Wuppertal and Cologne.
The apartment is very suitable for trade fair visitors, as it is located between Düsseldorf and Cologne and both trade fairs can be reached quickly by train. S-Bahn stop Leverkusen-Küppersteg is 1,000 meters away. There is also a P + R parking lot on both sides.
Messe Düsseldorf (S 6 to D´dorf Hbf 30 minutes = 11 stations approx. 30 minutes, then lines U78, U79 and bus 722 in approx. 20 minutes to the exhibition center) and Cologne Trade Fair (S-Bahn 6 stations approx. 18 Minutes) Cologne main station (7 stations approx. 21 minutes) There is a physiotherapy practice in the house above the basement apartment. Access to the practice is in front of the house.
