  • Welcome to our bright, approximately 43 m² attic studio in Cologne-Höhenhaus, accommodating up to four guests.

    LIVING AND SLEEPING
    The living area has a sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The bedroom has a box-spring bed (140 × 220 cm); a folding bed (140 × 200 cm) on the mezzanine provides an additional sleeping option. There is a small walk-in wardrobe, electric shutters and blackout and sun blinds. Access is via stairs.

    KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
    The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and dining area. The bathroom has a window, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Soap, toilet paper and an iron are provided. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot is available; please request it before arrival. There is a small seating area outside the entrance.

    PARKING
    There are ample public parking spaces outside the house. Please observe local signs.

    CENTRAL STATION AND MESSE/DEUTZ
    From Köln-Holweide station, the S11 runs directly to Köln Messe/Deutz in approximately 10 minutes and Köln Hauptbahnhof in approximately 12 minutes. These are train journey times under the regular timetable; allow extra time for walking and waiting. Return on the S11 towards Bergisch Gladbach and alight at Köln-Holweide. Check your connection in DB Navigator before travelling.

    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
    Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is before 11:00. The key safe is attached to the stair railing opposite the entrance door. We send the code through Vrbo messages on your arrival day. At check-out, return the key to the safe and close it securely.

    GUESTS AND HOUSE RULES
    Please include everyone travelling in your booking. The base rate covers two guests; additional guests are charged during booking. Maximum occupancy: four guests. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Smoking, vaping, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Other visitors require prior agreement. Please ask us how to operate the wood-burning stove before use.
