"Good conditions, very welcoming, nice place."

"Very good location and just across the museum. Staff were very helpful. Only issue we had is the air conditioning as we had to open our windows during the evening to be able to sleep. It was spring so maybe they had to control the temperature."

"1st Class hotel with 1st class staff, the hotel was in a good location, close to shops and attractions, Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Supermarket is close by, aswell as plenty of eating places, Rooms were clean and comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities, there was also a fridge and a safe in the room. I would definatly stay at this hotel again when I return to Cologne "

"No cold water and when we informed reception they said they will send someone the following day, we only had a night there and so they literally didn’t care and so we had to use the showers of another room as we we’re travelling together. "

"Industrial location, very far from anything, room was in the building next to the main hotel building, didn’t feel safe at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. Stuff was not friendly. Breakfast is ok, not a 4 star hotel. For breakfast we had a full house of some kind of contractors.... Parking is free. I wouldn’t recommend"
