Good stay

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast needs work, not much of a choice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean but had a musty smell. Overall my stay was good and would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and when we had a problem, it was immediately fixed. Not a five star hotel but we enjoyed what we got. And cannot express enough how nice the staff is.

Sheets were dirty with hair on them, bathroom had soap scum all over the counter with toothpaste on the mirror, hair in the shower toilet was dirty and the seat was broken. Whole facility smells of cigarettes. Clerk who checked me in was kind.

Clean and quiet

This is close to the end of our trip. Room was clean and quiet. Got extra towels and was given directions to several places for dinner which are close.

Filthy walls Bedding looked dirty especially the pillows. No toilet paper no tissues. Towels that were given were mostly the tub floor towels. Carpet filthy. Family in another room saw roaches and their tv didn’t work. No coffee in breakfast room and I mean none. Just downright disgusting for us all

Family weekend

It was good, we stayed to go to the Waterpark. The only thing the keys didn't work all the time. If you left hotel to go somewhere you would loose any parking for people parking at hotel to go to Waterpark.

Sad in Collins

The place was older and smelled of old smoke even though all rooms had no smoking. There were flies and the toilet needed a good scrub. No ice on second floor and snack machines were inoperable.

The staff at this property seem to be trying to do the best they can, but the property is falling apart. Our hot water in our room didn’t work so they moved us to another room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with pubes on it in the replacement room. There were no towels, and there were used cups and food wrappers in the room. I will never stay in this hotel again. It’s a shame because several years ago it was best Western and in good shape.

Only stay if desperate.

Immediately asked for new sheets as the ones on the bed were visibly dirty. Dust covering all surfaces, stained chairs and carpet...just gross. Pool had black water in it. Good water pressure and staff was nice.
