Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

Staff was most excellent and helpful as we had a nightmare with Lufthansa. Ate dinner and buffet breakfast both were very good. Walike back from Coliseum about 40 minutes. Woul not heatate to rebook.

Hotel Locarno is an absolute gem. Steeped in history and maintaining an air of grace and splendour that is rare these days. This is a true grand dame.
