Your perfect retreat in Aggieland! This comfy modern ranch home is a stones throw away from the Baylor Scott & White Hospital, and minutes away from the Texas A&M University campus. Please contact us directly for: - Bookings for stays longer than 1 week - Groups greater than 8 people - we have a second property close by *** Street parking, parties & loud music prohibited as a courtesy to out neighbors.
1. Please turn off lights/stove when not in use.
2. Please wash used dishes/pots/pans/cutlery and return to their designated places.
3. Please empty garbage cans and place trash/recycle in the provided bins (located in garage).
4. Guests staying at Vivanta Retreat on FRIDAY evenings are requested to put the garbage/recycle cans to the curb.
5. Guests staying at Vivanta Retreat on SATURDAY evenings are requested to put the garbage/recycle cans back in the garage.
6. Please empty/throwout ALL unused perishable food items at the end of your stay.

Home away from home in a new, quiet neighborhood

Incredible home away from home. Tucked in a lovely neighborhood with walking paths and convenient to anything you need- 5 min to costco, 15 minutes to campus in summer. We stayed here twice while my husband taught a summer course at A&M and were so happy with our experience. Stocked up with everything you need to stay comfortably. We weren’t traveling with children but there is a nice park just down the block. If we’re in town again we won’t hesitate to book here.

Long weekend in College Station

Found this great property to stay in during our recent trip to College Station for the NCAA softball regionals. The property appeared to be brand new, clean and well furnished, although the towels were a little used and dingy. The neighborhood was also new and felt very safe with well taken care of properties. My only complaint was the fact there were no instructions for working the TV. It was a great property and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Great House - Poor to No Communication with Host/Manager

It was clean, enough room for 4 people and then some, great appliances. NO communication back from host. Asked us to put out garbage 1 hour before it needed to be put out for the next morning, asked for a larger "heads up" if we needed to do anything prior to us leaving as we were leaving early the day we left, didn't say a word until it was time for us to be out of there, and we were already 3 hours away. No manual for the home, and we had a quesiton about parking, they NEVER responded to any questions we had. Nice place, but communication was non existent, or respectful of our time there.
