Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior.

A team member is on call 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns. Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. Guest must provide documentation upon request. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated.
8. Parking: Parking is allowed in the driveway lot.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Grill is available at the property. Please put it back in its original position and clean it after each use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin on the side of the house. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

Perfect for visiting our homesick Aggie!
We really enjoyed our stay, and 4 bedrooms meant that our homesick college student could get out of her dorm for the weekend and come stay with us too. The house was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable!

Tournament stay
The Sterling house was perfect for our friends and us while our kids were competing in a tournament that lasted a week.
This house was in a great location and was comfy. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. Property mgmt was easy to communicate with when we needed help with the TV.

we rented the sterling house for a 2 nights to attend wedding celebration
it was perfect
we were 9 adults
the staff provided a blow up mattress and sheets for same
the location was easily accessible
the house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet

Parents Weekend Retreat
A great place to stay for our group for Parents Weekend. Very comfortable home close to campus and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet, great for relaxing inbetween all the events on campus! House was very clean upon arrival and all amenties were as described. Would definately stay here again!

Great house
The house has a lot of space and is better than the pictures shows. I thought it was a great rental house for my Bachelorette party. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. The house was very clean. We did have problems with lights not turning on in the laundry room, and front porch security light was not working. We called the company to fix it because it made using the code to enter the house difficult but no one ever came. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great Place to Stay
A group of friends and I stayed here for an Aggie football game and loved it. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The living room is a great space for all to gather, the kitchen has all the amenities, and the beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were very nice and clean as well. It is super close to campus and all the wonderful things Aggieland has to offer. The best part was, my group all got to stay in the same place and it was cheaper, nicer, and more convienent than any hotel. I highly recommed staying here!
