Very nice place to stay for Aggie games. Clean and comfortable. There was a little outdoor patio off the kitchen that was nice. Not a big place, but just right.

The property is a good size for us (4). Clean. Beds were comfortable. Although we didn’t use these, but it has a good size kitchen and laundry machine/ dryer. It is a quiet neighborhood so we slept very well. We would come back again. Thank you!
The condo was decently clean but did have some concerning issues. Coffee grounds were left in the filter and coffee in the carafe. The outdoor patio was being used as storage for some type of old appliance, a garbage can, as well as being overgrown with vines. The air conditioner worked great, and the condo was nice and cool when we arrived; however, the noise coming from the return air sounded like a babbling brook, literally. The water in the shower was difficult to get to an average temperature…it was either super hot or lukewarm at best.
The property was close to where we needed to go (Veterans Athletic Complex) and was conveniently located with lots of stores. A better description of where to enter the property would have been nice, as well as information on the tv having only Netflix and Hulu.
Overall, not terrible. Worked for what we needed. Paid the same or less than a hotel and had two bedrooms and a kitchen, which is a plus.
Worked for our needs but wow it needs a good cleaning!
I will start with the pros:
- Good price, no cleaning fee and free Wifi
- Enough beds and bathrooms for the 3 of us
- The area was easily accessible, safe, close parking and quiet
Now the cons. Wow the place needed to be cleaned! Here is a list of issues we saw (and we just stopped looking after a while):
- Crumbs on the counters in the kitchen and stains in and on the fridge
- The kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and dirt
- There was a missing light switch in the kitchen leaving a large hole and no working overhead light
- The dining table had dried stains on the glass and the placemats were dirty and full of stains
- The back porch had the dirtiest mop we had ever seen right outside the door
- The walls had stains all over them
- There was a ton of dust on the downstairs fan blades
- The half bath toilet had urine stains and there were hairs on the backsplash of the sink
- Both sets of sheets had some stains and hairs
- The towels were "clean" but hard and crusty
In addition these were some more inconveniences:
- There were no kitchen linens or hand towels in the property - nothing to dry our hands on
- There was an old unused washer in the hallway (
- The second bedroom had the fan always
running when the overhead light was on as there was no pull chain to turn it off
We were shocked based on the other review that was left. We stayed as we had paid but left as soon as we could, touched as little as possible, and also cleaned the basic surfaces we had to touch.

The place was very cute and the stay comfortable. Positive interactions with the host.
Great location close to Kyle field as well as restaurants and bars. Less clean than anticipated. Very little watery hand soap and no paper towels. Not terrible but could be better.
It was hot. No air had been on. There was hair in the bathroom drawers. TV and remote with no batteries. The other bedroom TV was to low to see. TV in the living room was fine but didn't help as we got in late and left early.
The apartment was nice and clean and offered more space than a hotel. Plus, it was cheaper than hotels that weekend. The host was responsive. On the downside, it was not as close to the university as I thought it would be based on the "near Texas A&M" in the ad (15 min), which cost me more in Ubers. It was also minimally stocked with dishes and towels.
I was in town to go to Texas A&M, Kyle Field for a football game. Very easy access to the campus, close enough to Uber cheap if you want. Just off Highway 6, easy to get to.
Yes, you only have Netflix, Hulu and Roku - but I didn't go to College Station to sit in my Vrbo to watch TV!!
Nice fresh towels and clean bedding. Owner went over and set AC down so it would be cool when I arrived (he contacted me for my arrival time).
Would stay again. Of course I was in town for a CFB game, the bars and food!
My son and I stayed at this property while visiting A&M. It was one unit in a quadraplex. The property was surface clean, but could use a good deep clean (baseboards, enclosed porch, etc.). The neighboring units like to use the yard for their dogs and do not clean up behind them. Despite these areas, It was perfect for our needs and the owner responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

I was not given the access code to enter the property until after my check in time and it took multiple attempts to contact the owner to get this.
Due to this I wasn’t able to get in till late in the evening because I had other plans and needed to get to those first.
Once in the property I found the sheets on one of the beds unclean. There was a dried milky white substance on the sheets. I asked the owner if there were any extra sheets and told there might be in the dryer, but the property owner said they knew the sheets were clean because they had seen them earlier. There were no extra sheets in the dryer. This property is pretty bare bones. No extra of really anything. The toilet paper had less than an 8th of a roll on it and barely any paper towels. I travel often and use short term rentals and I must say I rarely write a review, but this was the worst experience I have had.
The door frame upstairs also had a brown splatter of what appears to be feces on it.
If I had not gotten there so late I would have definitely tried to find somewhere else to stay. I did contact the host and after the response on the sheets did not get any further replies.

The entire apartment unfortunately smelled like urine, extremely potent on the stairs and in one corner of one of the bedrooms. Clumps of hair on the floor of the bathroom. Plenty of space and the beds were clean though.
