  • We are only 4 miles from Kyle Field. Our home sits on a quarter of an acre and has plenty of outdoor space for grilling and hanging out with family and friends. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower. Kitchen has plenty of room for entertaining and our floor plan is a split plan, so master sits one side and other guest rooms on the other. I hope you will find our home as lovely as we do.

Perfect Stay for Our Son’s Graduation

We stayed here for our son's graduation, and it was absolutely perfect! The location was spot-on—close enough to restaurants, grocery and the ceremony, yet far enough from the chaos and traffic. Communicating with the owners was a breeze- they were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay comfortable. The house was also super clean! This place was ideal for our family get-together, providing the perfect space to relax and celebrate our new graduate. It was cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and made our special occasion even more memorable. The highlight for us was the outside patio area. After exhausting days filled with graduation activities, spending quiet time on the porch swing was just what we needed to unwind. :-)We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting College Station!

Home was great !!! It’s in a very nice area, home owners are very nice. This is their home, they do live there. We’ve used VRBO numerous times, but this was the first time we stayed in someone’s actual home. It was very odd to us at first, but we got use to it. Home was very comfortable

Great House for a Texas A&M University Trip

We came up for two graduations. The house was a short drive from campus and was very welcoming. The host was happy to answer any question. Would be glad to stay again if the opportunity arises.
