  • Welcome to my Aggieland Retreat! Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the College Station city limits, this property has plenty of what makes a great home away from home. From Aggie events (home games, graduation, ring days, sports camps, campus visits, etc.) to family events (reunions, wedding/shower weekends), it just doesn't get much better than this!. With room to sleep 15, plenty of parking, acres of lush green lawns, a pool/hot tub, outdoor grill, firepit area and a gourmet kitchen that includes a Viking range, this may just be the serene and spacious retreat you've been looking for. Distance to Texas A&M University campus and College Station itself is only 15-20 minutes which means you can enjoy serenity just a few minutes away from amenities and restaurants.
