300 Cherry..This is truly the closest house in all of Bryan/College Station to the Texas A&M Campus/Northgate/Dixie Chicken...AND it includes parking! The king beds are extremely comfortable in this 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home that also a sleeper sofa forguests 5 & 6. Full sized washer and dryer, WiFi, and a SMART TV to log into your favorite streaming apps are also included. See Pics for the outdoor entertainment areas featuring a furnished deck, a patio with table and chairs, a fenced yard, and bistro lighting. This is not a place to book for parties or events but is perfect for a small gathering of family or friends who are looking to stay right in the middle of it all. You can't find a place that is more convenient to all that Bryan and College Station have to offer and that is such an easy walk to campus.

Great location close to Northgate

Very neat and tidy house with a great back deck. You absolutely couldn’t beat the location. It was walkable to so many different places.

Location is great - only a 5 minute walk to campus. Property managers are nice and communicate everything that needs to be communicated. Overall a great stay.

Perfect place for a quick weekend

We stayed just one night but it was great. Walking distance to northgate was awesome. Not far at all. Beds are big and comfy. Highly recommend.

During our stay we were unable to figure out the ceiling fan in the Livingroom. We messaged Randall via vrbo and he came out and was able to help with this issue and let us know what we needed to do.

Great stay!

Very clean. Owners very helpful. Let us check in early. We did have a mishap with one of the rollaway beds (I didn’t realize these were the additional bedding options- my error for not reading carefully) and that’s difficult to replace on short notice. So one of our elderly guests had to sleep on the couch as they could not do the stairs. Cozy place with a nice patio. Graduation weekend so I know the owners were busy but found time to answer our questions.
