Comfy King Beds, Close to A&M

  • We call this townhome "Denim". It's one block from University Drive, walking distance to "restaurant row", and a short 2 miles to Texas A&M. Each of its 3 bedrooms has a comfy king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV. With a 65" TV, HULU "live" and oversized seating, the stylish living room is where you will want to hang out. There's even a half bath downstairs. That's 3 and a half baths! Washer/Dryer/Swimming Pool included as well. Oh...and 3 reserved parking spaces+plenty of guest parking

    Condos in a prime location on University Drive behind Chipotle, Ulta and the Gateway Station shopping Center. Close to restaurants and Texas A&M University

    Pet Fee: $60 plus HOT Taxes per pet (2 pet max)
