"The renovation is very poorly thought out. The room looks okay, but it is horribly impractical. There is no closet space at all - the only thing I can hang clothes on are Ikea pegs mounted directly next to the TV. No drawer space at all. I guess they expect me to put my clothes on the shelf under the sink. They re-used the desk lamps/outlets from the old room, including one that is mounted on the wall over the sofabed (for some odd reason). The shower head has the weakest water pressure - I would get more pressure putting my thumb over the garden hose. The only hooks in the bathroom are directly over the toilet paper holder, underneath two shelves of towels. The sofa bed mattress was so thin it felt like sleeping directly on bedsprings. I do not recommend."

"Nothing my son and I arrived I was told off for using a 3rd party to book my room then he made me pay $25 for 1 hour early check in then he made me give him a $100 deposit so my son and I spent 1 hours in the room stains was all over the heat the window was all shot up with bullet holes there was blood on our towels there was hair in the drain it was awful so we get there at 2:00 we left at 3:00 we checked out we did not get the $100 deposit back we did not get refunded for the room we were treated like criminals for me and my son checked out they offered us nothing the air conditioner had black mold in it trust me it was horrible I've never experienced anything like this in my life my son is so petrified"
