"Safe fully lit parking "

"Our room was on the very backside behind a Waffle House. Our parking spot was right up against the metal stairway which made it very difficult to get in and out that side of the car. Staff was friendly. Only hot item for breakfast were sausages. No eggs. Did have a waffle maker. Noise from nearby trains was annoying. "

"The rooms are nice with full kitchen taking up a huge amount of the space of the room. A full OVEN and Dishwasher!! I wonder who is going to do a full turkey dinner while at the hotel. The hallways were quite filthy. The room was clean but there is NO housekeeping so expect to clean your own room! The most ridiculous thing is you can't get a cup of coffee or a drink. There are no drink machines either. The staff was nice. Which hotel doesn't even have a small shop where you can buy drinks or even water? The room locked are coded so you havr to read a list of numbers and punch them into a small key paf outside your door. Highly inconvenient and downright stupid. I won't be staying at this hotel nor its other properties becuase its very obvious the idiots they hired know NOTHING about what guests need to be comfortable."

"Overall great stay, clean, aesthetic room. Not too far from the city if you have your own car, only 15-20 min drive. Breakfast selection limited but tasted pretty good. "

"Absolutely disgusting hotel experience from start to finish. The WiFi and TV in our room didn’t work, and after calling the front desk we were told to “wait 45 minutes” for it to be fixed. After waiting, surprise — nothing was fixed. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they moved us to another room that was somehow even worse. The second room was dirty, had wet spilled drinks left on the table, and to make it even more disgusting, someone’s dirty underwear was still in the bathroom. Clearly nobody cleaned the room before handing it over to paying guests. On top of that, both rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking. And the “continental breakfast” was a joke. The cereal was stale, the orange juice was warm, and the milk was lukewarm. Nothing about this stay felt clean, maintained, or cared for. For the amount hotels charge nowadays, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities shouldn’t be too much to ask. This place was unprofessional, dirty, and poorly managed. Would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend to anyone."

"Probably the best “budget” hotel I’ve stayed at. Room was clean and area/other guests were nice and quiet. Bed was very nice and had good firmness. Shower had excellent water pressure. Front desk staff was great and helped with printing a couple things for free. Close to the freeway and to lots of food options. Excellent stay overall. Only knock was breakfast. Exact same options every day and pretty low quality. We are next door at Cracker Barrel most days."

"The facility is run down. The photos of the lobby and rooms are misleading. Didn’t receive any amenities when requested. They didn’t turn down the room the entire day. Even after I requested. Terrible place to stay at! I would highly recommend Hotels.com remove it from their listing. WILL NOT BE STAYING THEFE EVER AGAIN!!! Very disappointing!!’"
