"The pictures, description and reviews don’t do it full justice. The house is full of clever well thought out details. It’s lovely, with a sun trap outdoor eating area and pool, a jacuzzi, plus it’s only a 15 minute walk into the town. "

"This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside of San Vito proper, but there is a bar for coffee and cocktails (Bar Royal Apollonia) within walking distance, plus a top-notch restaurant a little farther (Osteria del Carcere). It's hard to believe that such a small village could have such a great restaurant. The property location is close to many surrounding towns, including Pescara."
