Exceeded expectations

I stayed here for a weekend since my cousin was getting married close by. I arrived earlier than planned since they had to change my flight, but they accommodated me almost 2 hours before check in which was a blessing for me and didn’t even charged me extra. Next day for breakfast I got down to the Cafetería about 15 minutes before the fixed priced breakfast service ended and they still insisted I’d order from the kitchen (I was thinking I’d just grab a few things that were left around the buffet area). At the end, I ended up sitting for over an hour at the bar feeling super relax and having 2 cortados and a freshly squeezed orange juice which were perfect. Both servers were really attentive (too bad I don’t remember their names) and blew my expectations away since I’m used to the bad manners and almost kicking you out of the place that tend to happen in USA. As for the rest of the employees around even the housekeepers are very courteous. I didn’t really spend that much time around the hotel, but the room was super clean and put together. I’m glad my family recommended this hotel. PS. They had DonQ Grand Añejo. That was mind blowing for a Puerto Rican like me. lol Thank you!

Buen hotel para bodas o visitas a Collado

Buen hotel en relación calidad precio, aparcamiento amplio y habitaciones amplias. Lo único que no me ha gustado es que el aire acondicionado solo se podía encender y apagar, sin poder controlar la temperatura que estaba a 21º y te congelabas por la noche.

Me gusto el trato del camarero del bar-restaurante.No me gusto: No es un hotel 4 estrellas, el papel higiénico sin precinto, la taza del WC sin precintar, no hay cepillo ni pasta dientes.No había hojas ni bolígrafos para escribir.un único jabón para cuerpo y pelo.la iluminación habitación pobre, mobiliario viejo.En general calificación, hay 2 estrellas mejores que este.
