"The manager/receptionist is really nice, friendly and helpful. It's just basically a house with 5 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, converted into a hotel, but it serves its niche as a low-cost place to stay while visiting Morelia. If it doesn't specifically say there's a private bathroom in the room you're renting, then there's not / it's shared. "It was awesome service,food,people,but… I was in the third floor and Friday and Saturday the music in the roof top bar was soooooo loud and ended up at 3 am ,so bring your earbuds or some cancellation noise artifact for you better sleep"

"Great place. Just lacks amenities. The breakfast and dinner were some of the best. Yet, keep in mind they do not offer free breakfast which for a hotel at this price point, it would have been nice to be able to wake up and grab a quick snack before heading out ( like most hotels offer). For that reason along I would not give it a full 5 stars but a 4/4.5"

"My stay there was very good, but parents really have to control their kids, we were not able to sleep due to kids playing in the hallway and were very loud. Also I reserved a room with balcony and to my surprise apprerantly I did not but I paid the price for one, please double check your reservation details before making payment."

"Looks like they did some remodeling on the hotel, but the rooms are the ones that need an upgrade. Some lights were on and off, TV signal was not clear, remote control was old.
