Casa Enea with private garden and mini pool

With mountain views, the holiday home Casa Enea in Colico is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The 68 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The private outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.



From June 2025, a mini whirlpool pool (2x2 meters) with 6 seats will be available. From October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, the whirlpool will be available only on request and subject to availability, and for an extra fee. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. Pets and smokers are not allowed.

Prachtig huis met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt.

Pros: Alles was schoon en netjes en het zag er allemaal nieuw uit. Geen gebreken en we misten niks. Jacuzzi is een heerlijke bijkomstigheid Cons: Jammer dat het wat verder van de boulevard en het centrum van Colico is. Toch zo’n 25 minuten lopen.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Heizung und eine Klimaanlage und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar einige Lebensmittel wie z.B. Olivenöl oder Gewürze waren schon vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr groß und das Auto kann sicher geparkt werden. Das Bad ist geräumig, mit Waschmaschine und großer Dusche. Wir waren mit unserem vier Monate alten Baby dort und hatten ein Beistellbett im Schlafzimmer. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Mooi huis met ruime tuin op korte afstand van het Comomeer.

Pros: De host Pamela is heel gastvrij en voorziet je van voldoende informatie over de omgeving. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is groot. Voldoende ruimte om te spelen en je kunt heerlijk afkoelen onder de buitendouche. We hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Die Wohnung ist top!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr komfortabel. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter, was in der Gegend wegen Stechmücken sehr von Vorteil war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich umgehend um alles. Sie gab uns viele Tipps, wo wir einkaufen, essen gehen und im Ort parken können. Zur Begrüßung warteten im Kühlschrank kalte Getränke auf uns. Darüber hinaus gab es Tees und Kaffee (Nescafé Maschine sowie Filterkaffeemaschine sind da) Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und die Terrassenüberdachung verfügt über ausziehbare Seitenwände, die genug Schatten spenden. Alles in allem eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Wohnung mit netter Gastgeberin

Pros: Der Check in war unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kleine Überraschungen standen für uns im Kühlschrank bereit und Kaffee gab es ebenfalls ( Filtermaschie und Nespresso). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Aussenbereich war optimal zum frühstücken , Abendessen, Spieleabende o.ä. Im Garten sind Liegestühle, es gibt eine Dusche zur Abkühlung und eine überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit. Da wir sowieso mit dem Auto angereist sind, nutzten wir dies auch, um zum Strand oder ins Städtchen zu fahren. Das würden wir auch anderen Gästen empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswert! 😊

Es war eine super Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet. Super Garten

Pros: Die Vermieterin hat uns mit tollen Tips versorgt. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage von Colico war super. Man war innerhalb von einer 1/2 Stunde an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ließ keine Wünsche offen. Viel Platz und sehr viel an Ausstattung. Z.Bsp.Wachmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine usw. Der Garten der Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und ebenfalls super gepflegt. Cons: Nichts

Toller Urlaub in einem super Apartment!

Pros: Vor der Anreise haben wir die Details zum Selbst Check-in bekommen, was die Anreise sehr einfach macht. Bei der Ankunft lagen sogar noch einige Überraschungen parat, wirklich toll. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück in Colico. Es gibt alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das fängt an bei Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Spiele für die Kinder, eine Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, Gewürze, Seife usw. Das hatten wir bisher noch bei keiner anderen Ferienwohnung. Das Apartment ist neuwertig und für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ideal. Zur Unterkunft gehört ein großer Garten, der zur alleinigen Nutzung bereit steht. Es war klasse dort mit den Kindern zu spielen oder auf der sonnengeschützten Terrasse zu frühstücken. Mit das Beste an der Unterkunft war jedoch Pamela, die Besitzerin. Sie ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Sie ist bei Fragen immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Kurzum eine tolle Woche am Comer See. Grazie Mille Pamela. Cons: Das Wetter hätte teilweise besser sein können :)

Leuke apartment voor een familie met twee kinderen.

Pros: Enthousiaste, heel aardige gastvrouw die voor je klaar staat. Mooi verblijf dicht bij centrum Colico en het meer. De apartment is zeer goed uitgerust en er was zelfs een welkomst cadeau voor ons. We hebben een heel fijne tijd hier gehad!

Casa in posizione strategica, zona tranquilla ma vicina alle spiagge

Pros: La casa è perfettamente arredata, molto spaziosa, ideale anche per soggiorni lunghi. Dotata di ogni comfort. La cucina ben attrezzata, non manca niente anzi. Il giardino molto bello e comodo, per rilassarsi e fare giocare i bambini. Le camere da letto comodissime, e materassi confortevoli. Il bagno è ampio con lavatrice. La padrona di casa è gentilissima e molto disponibile, lascia qualcosa in frigorifero di fresco da bere e un po' di stuzzichini. Sicuramente da consigliare.
