- Experience the ultimate Caribbean getaway at this brand new (October 2025) 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury condo in Indigo Bay, St. Maarten. Just steps from the beach, this modern retreat features an open concept great room, sleek kitchen and a private pool with ocean views.
Enjoy the spacious patio for morning coffee or sunset dining, unwind with two beautiful bedrooms with ensuite baths.
Located in a secure, gated community, you're only minutes from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Philipsburg and Simpson Bay. In addition to 37 different beaches all within a 30-minute drive of your front door! PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA THROUGH 2027. They work from 9AM-4PM weekdays. We have not had any complaints regarding noise or inconvenience.
