From the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that reach over 30ft high to the luxurious oversized king bed in the primary bedroom, this massive 2200 sq. ft 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story house has everything you need to unwind and relax in nature's luxury on 2+ private Acres.
Our huge kitchen comes equipped with two ovens, two sinks, a dining room table for 8+ with bar seating, and all the utensils you may ever need. There is a coffee bar and tea station as well as a oversized laundry room. Plus, we've transformed our entryway into a grown-up game room, complete with arcade games, dartboards, and more.
Upstairs, you'll find two identical massive bedrooms that pay homage to Texas mainstays, Whataburger and The Houston Astros. Both rooms feature queen memory foam beds, their own bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the attention to detail.
We even have a small Jack and Jill kids' room with a queen futon and all the entertainment your little ones can handle. And when it's time to step outside, our private backyard has everything you need to enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature, including a gas fire pit, wood fire pit, grilling station, outdoor bathroom, Cowboy Pool, inflatable hot tub and plenty of games to keep you entertained. The cowboy pool is fits 4 people, is shaded, and is filtered/chlorinated/cleaned daily just like a regular pool. it is 8ft Wide and 4 ft in height. There is also a bench to just put your feet in too. You can sit on the front porch rocking chairs or swing set anytime in the morning to enjoy the morning coffee and near by cows :)
Plus, we're only 10 minutes away from Sam Houston National Forest Hiking Trails (1 of only4 National Forest In Texas) and 10 minutes from Lake Livingston (boat and jet skit rentals, fishing, swimming, etc)! And if you really want to take your stay to the next level, book our "Out Of This World" Geo Dome at the same time as your Texas History Ranch House stay to have complete privacy on all of the 10+ acres provided.
We do allow dogs up to 2 only that are under 50 lbs. each. There is an additional refundable pet deposit of $250 required and pets are not allowed on the bed or couch (please bring a dog bed if 2 dogs as we only have 1 bed). They must be leashed at all times outside as well. Please let us know ahead of time when booking if you will be bringing pets and if it will be 1 or 2. Thanks!

There is a $250 refundable damage deposit to book this home. It is collected 1 day before arrival and will be released 1 day after departure if no damage (broken items, evidence of smoking, excessively dirty places and bedding, etc) is found after your stay. We also have partnered with Chek-In to provide ID verification services just like hotels use when collecting deposits and booking you in. Please fill out the email from Chek-In after booking through their secure processor. 
Things To Note: This is the COUNTRY. The wifi is not the fastest in this house just being honest. It works and you can stream movies but if you are hoping to perform high speed work related things, this may not be the place for you. We are hoping you reconnect with loved ones and hopefully forget you even have a phone for a second.
