"Der Vermieter Ralph ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt viele tipps was man unternehmen kann oder auch gute lokale um zu essen. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Liegt nahe chemnitz und 25 minuten zum sachenring dss war ja unser Anliegen "

"Ich war zu Besuch bei unserer Tochter und hatte dafür die Ferienwohnung gebucht. Einfach nur superDie Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man braucht und auf dem Wasserbett lässt es sich super schlafen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Er hat sofort alle Fragen und Wünsche beantworten. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder für meinen Aufenthalt in Hainichen mieten."

"Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung, wir haben jetzt eingecheckt. Zimmer sind ok aber abgewohnt und billig eingerichtet. Silberfische auf dem Boden , alle Fenster auf bzw. abgekippt, was halt bei 2,5 grad C Außentemperatur total sinnfrei ist. Der Grund dafür ist dass verrauchte Zimmer. Was selbst als Raucher unangenehm riecht. Sorry aber dann bitte nicht für eine Suite verkaufen und Bilder nutzen, die mit der Realität nichts zu tun haben um einen höheren Verkaufspreis zu erzielen. ."

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Sie hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und eine offene Küche mit Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt ist sie sehr schön aber für mwhr wie 2 Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Für 2 Nächte ging es gerade so aber ansonsten würde ich einen Aufenthalt aufgrund des Platzes und der Lage im 5. OG mit 2 Kindern nicht empfehlen. "
