"Great location, clean, AC worked well, needs some repairs to make it better. Paint peeling in the bathroom, no bowls and few amenities in the kitchenette, water dripping on your head from the gutters every time you open the front door, pile of old wood in the backyard, steep stairs and hazardous walkway make access difficult.
