The house is in the Lake Hayward community, about 1/2 mile from the lake. It is not on the water. Lake Hayward's 3 beaches, swimming, tennis, basketball court, playground and hiking trails are all nearby. Parking passes are required at the beaches.

Maximum 9 guests. No smoking. No pets. No parties. Quiet hours after 10pm. Room for 4 cars only; there is no street parking.
