"We had a great time in spite of the flooding that had recently happened and high water as there was plenty to do besides trout fishing. Very clean and as described. The owners were great and quick to communicate with."

"We had a great time at Laurel Escape. Everything was clean and the location was good. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. The bed was comfortable. And it was really nice being able to do our laundry here. We did not try out the hot tub, so we can't really say anything about that. Communication with the host, Vernonica, was great."

"The cabin is in a great location in a pretty valley next to the creek. We loved the back deck, listening to the sounds. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable space . Don't miss the deli at the Hanging Dog General Store! We would definitely return. Thanks for sharing this lovely space with us."

"From the moment we arrived we felt peace and quiet and serenity in this adorable cabin. Home was exactly as described. A slice of heaven in Mineral Bluff. So many great things to do in the area tubing hiking Waterfalls adventures at every corner.First time in Blue Ridge area! Future guest suggestions ( Internet is a bit unreliable in the area strongly suggest writing down your directions if GPS goes out driving,Bring water shoes for any water adventure. Robert was a fantastic Host if we called he was there had a very minor issue with our code called Robert and we were inside within 3 seconds of our call! Thanks Robert for hosting and thanks for letting us extend our trip another day!!! 10 Stars One day we will live there!"
