"We stayed at the beginning and end of a 10 day trip to Andalusia. The hotel entrance is very grand and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very roomy and well equipped. Fresh towels morning and night and bed turned down, curtains closed and complimentary water and chocolate in the evening. The breakfast was good but not the best over our 10 day stay in other areas. The cooked breakfast was cold and not very varied. Plenty of choice with the continental breakfast. We liked to sit outside in the patio areas for breakfast, which we got a table each morning but many diners were left disappointed as area was too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is well located for walking to old town and sights. It is across a busy road to the private beach area which we did not use but looked good. The worst feature of the hotel is the cramped pool area. The sun loungers were really needing renewed as not the cleanest and some covers were damaged. Not 5 star for comfort. It was 5 star drink prices !! The pool lifeguard was excellent and always on hand for towels and operating umbrellas. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but not sure I would stay here again."

"We have returned here 3 times in the past 12 months. The staff (in every department), resort, links to transport, friendliness of other residents (and owners) you cannot beat coming here. Already planning my next stay. This resort is for the young and elderly with accessibility for prams, mobility scooters thanks to a lot of input from my Dad, the memorial bench is beautiful and a perfect addition to the stunning grounds! The whole team go above and beyond even in the restaurants and in the strips at the top of the resort too. This place is our second home 殺🇪🇸✈️"

"My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue. By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. People throw a hat or book on them and head off to breakfast. I counted two people at the pool at 8.50am but not a single free bed. Pool staff on site do not police this whatsoever and allow it every day. Very frustrating in a hotel of this calibur. Breakfast staff don't come near you to offer tea coffe etc. You have to wave them down or catch one who is frantically running past you. It's also extremely busy after 9.30am and the egg/omelette que is off putting. Maybe they should make people book breakfast slots to minimise this stampeed. Hotel beach club never has any space for hotel guests as they allow so many outside bookings. On the plus side the breakfast selection is great. Hotel check in staff etc were very friendly. Room service and turn down service was fantastic. Lovely decor and good music at weekends I will certainly return as we have a great stay overall."
