Room ok, kitchen disgusting
The room was ok. Simple, but clean. However, when I went for breakfast in the morning, we go through the kitchen and it was disgusting. Very very dirty.

We apologize for your inconvenience, but out kitchen is located in the underground floor away from all rooms, so we are not sure which area you were mentioning. Nevertheless we have passed on the feedback to the maintenance team and we will take strict action to ensure all public areas are neat and clean. Doesn’t worth the price
Cleanliness was not at par for the price paid. They are charging around 1500 INR per night and cleanliness of hotel and it’s surroundings are bad. Breakfast was okay. Worst thing was they didn’t have hot water supply and if you ask the hotel staff saying that we will get you from kitchen. Simply I feel it’s not worth the price they charge will never ever go back there again

We accept our mistake and we should have been more proactive about ensuring such issues don't arise in the future.
