Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, avec les informations synthétiques et claires. Ma fille et moi, voulions profiter du Spa, arrivées à 19h, et notre interlocuteur, a proposé de nous expliquer après cela l'accès au parking et où allez manger un dimanche soir, attention appréciable :) La chambre était cosy et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, et le personnel aux petits soins: j'ai pu avoir du citron sur demande, pour mon thé. Les remises dans certaines boutiques ou restaurants partenaires, appréciées également, ainsi que lacces au centre à 2 pas. Très bon séjour pour 1 nuit.

Grande cortesia e disponibilità alla reception. Albergo nel cuire di Cogne, in stile. Un gioiellino. Se devo proprio trovare un difetto, il pavimento del bagno era riscaldato (forse è voluto oppure ci passano sotto le tubature dell'acqua calda. Ina bella cosa d'inverno o appena uscito dalla doccia, ma a luglio....

Hotel delizioso proprio nel centro di Cogne. Pur non essendo agevolissimo parcheggiare, l’hotel mette a disposizione pss gratuiti per i parcheggi del paese. Camera carinissima e pulita, letto comodo e bagno confortevole (ma attenzione all’antico chiavistello che a volte blocca la porta dall’interno!). Colazione ottima (ma un occhio in più agli intolleranti al lattosio non guasterebbe). Il vero gioiellino è la SPA accessibile liberamente ma soprattutto prenotabile privatamente! Un vero sogno: calda, accogliente e incredibilmente romantica, e ovviamente gradevolissima con l’idromassaggio, le saune e le aree relax. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, e adorabile il gesto dell’omaggio alla partenza. Consigliatissimo!

Not as advertised....

Advertised as having a spa and a gym but neither were in the Hotel. Similarly the hotel restaurant was not open. In each occasion you had to walk down to another hotel about 250m away. That would have been okay but it had to be pre booked and you couldn’t just access the gym on its for example. Additionally there was a charge of €10 for that - even if you were only using the gym (which was tiny). They also advertise tea and coffee facilities available in the hotel which was again misleading. You had to order it from reception at €5 a cup. If it feels like a rip off that’s because it is. We also asked to borrow an iron but were told there are no irons in the Hotel. Instead you could send a garment out for ironing (cost of €5-€10 per item and not returned until the next day). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The rooms are very nice and the bed was great. The town itself and surrounds are fantastic. What was disappointing about the stay was the lack of ancillary services that you would expect when you are paying premium pricing....

Albergo posizionato nel centro storico con limitazione ztl, per cui occorre lasciare il mezzo nei parcheggi liberi di Cogne, oppure pagare un posteggio. Avevo aggiunto nelle note che sarei arrivato in moto e che avrei avuto il piacere di posteggiare il luogo sicuro. Mi hanno fatto posteggiare presso altra struttura nelle vicinanze con un euro 10 di maggiorazione sul prezzo pattuito. Per il resto ottima struttura, un pochino piccola la stanza.

The best hotel during our 10 days trip in Italy. Located on a main square, next to the.church and shops. The staff is helpful, the breakfast was great. The hiking trails to the National Park are starts basically from hotel. Highly recommended property!

Magical mountain lodging

The hotel is very well located in the center of town making it a great base for exploring the surrounding nature trails and magnificent Gran Paradiso Park. The suites are definitely worth paying extra for as they are so well created using the original stone and wooden beams giving you a sense of the building from the region but equipped with modern interior finish. Suite 405 has a really special magical mountain feel and will make your stay memorable.

Tre giorni di relax completo.

Hotel in centro, comodo con il parcheggio pubblico che è a circa 100 m. Dall’Hotel a piedi si riaggiungono in 5 minuti i prati di sant’orso con piste da sci o adatte a passeggiate. L’hotel ha una convenzione con altro hotel per il servizio ristorante, ma in zona sono presenti molti altri ristoranti tipici e non adatti a soddisfare tutti i palati. Consigliatissimo.
