"The hotel front desk staff was not very helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner and it was not fixed. Breakfast was good and having a restaurant on premises was also nice. The rooms were ok but one room we stayed is the ceiling looked like it had mold. It is also a bit far from the main Rome attractions."

The downside is it’s a bit of hassle getting to/from town. The metro line itself is really good, but I hadn’t realised it wasn’t that walkable and really needs a bus to get to the nearest station. They are a bit confusing as there are so many routes/options and not always that frequent. Wish the hotel ran a shuttle bus, then it would be easy."

Highly recommend this hotel."
