Recently built private BNB. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.
Plenty of great local restaurants for your dining pleasure.

This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. I would definitely stay again.

It was a perfect quiet little getaway that we needed with no complaints. Everything was accommodating. Not far from town either which is a huge plus. We will be visiting again.

We stayed for 5 days at Tom’s amazing place! Super close to silverwood, restaurants, CDA, and plenty of fun. Very clean, friendly host, and a beautiful spot just out side of the hustle and bustle of town.

Absolutely excellent place to stay

This was an absolutely wonderful place for my husband and I to stay. Close enough to town to do everything we wanted, but far enough away to completely relax and unwind. The host was genuinely kind and very friendly. We can't wait for a reason to return.

Fantastic Little Place!

We came to Rathdrum for family Thanksgiving & this sweet unit was perfect for four of us. Our kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming & has great communication. The unit is wonderfully stocked & decorated & ready to go! We will be back!

Great spot, great host!

I stayed here while visiting family in the area. The rental was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything I needed. The host was friendly and had great suggestions for local restaurants. It snowed pretty heavily during my visit and he made sure that the drive was cleared and everything was as safe as possible. Will definitely visit again when I come back!

Quiet get away

Loved this property in quiet secluded area. The host, Tom, was great. We had questions about the area and he was very knowledgable. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. When we arrived Tom had the heat on and ready for us. This was a great place for us to use as a base for our activities. We’d love to stay here again Tom.

Amazing stay in Rathdrum!

My husband, son and I all stayed at this property for a friend’s wedding in Hayden Lake. The studio was exactly as described and did not disappoint. It was perfect and had all the amenities of a hotel. Our host, Tom, was so kind and always willing to answer any questions we had about the area. Hard to find better than this

My husband & I have now traveled to all but 3 of our beautiful United States.. This was our first VRBO so we did not know exactly what to expect. We were so thrilled when we opened the door to a spacious, clean, and well maintained apartment on 5 acres of also well-maintained property. Tom and his wife went over and above to see that we had water, sodas, snacks, and condiments for our needs and pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen was also well stocked. The bathroom (love the shower) had all that one could want or need while traveling. Thank you Tom & JoAnn for making our first VRBO spectacular. Checkout was a breeze too. Great communication at all times. Will definitely contact you if we are ever up your way again. Best always.
