Welcome to Teal Door Escape! Located in the beautiful Southfork Valley, a 10-minute drive from Cody. The best of country living and the convenience of being close to town.

Teal Door Escape is a recently renovated home with a mix of modern upgrades, while keeping the Wyoming charm of the home. Entering into an open living, dining, kitchen area with log cabin ambiance. Great for gathering and relaxing as a family or group of friends, the home features both a front living room and a large family room. The family room has a wood burning fireplace and convenient half-bath that was recently added. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, a breakfast bar and a newly added dishwasher. The cozy dining space features a log table and chairs. The hallway off the dining area leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. All the bedrooms showcase beautiful, unique log beds and furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 3 offers a twin bunk bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Offering ample living space and 3 bedrooms gives larger families room to spread out inside. Outside you can enjoy comfortable seating, cooking on the gas grill and taking in the beautiful views of the Southfork.

Excellently laid out space. Bed bath wing. Living kitchen are and family room. Laid out to comfortably fit a dinner party! The family room has massive space to enjoy and separate if needed. The front and back porches make for great coffee morning gums watching the sunrise over the mountains and large back deck to cook supper on the black stone and enjoy the full evening. Will def see us this place is avail on my next trip out to see family in Cody. There were so impressed with the place they asked me the name and how to book for other visitors they have through the year! Highly recommend

Wonderful views

The house was comfortable with plenty of room. The front porch and back patio are a great place to drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the view. The kitchen is large enough to prepare meals and the Blackstone griddle on the patio was nice. The griddle ran out of propane while we were there. I ran into town and exchanged it and they reimbursed me for the new tank and a little extra for my troubles. Thank you. The location is great. It's about a ten minute drive to town for dinner or activities and about an hour to the east entrance to Yellowstone. I would stay here again.

We really do love staying here. It is in a good location without close neighbors, which gives an air of privacy. The house is well appointed and clean with plenty of linens and towels.

Charming and comfortable

Great fit for our family of 4. We enjoyed the peace of being outside town but still an easy drive to town. Clean, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen. Would recommend.
