Great location to stay close to Yellowstone and close enough to Cody it’s not a far drive either overall this place was amazing and comfortable for my group
Just passing through and luck gave us a great place to stay. The kids wanted to stay longer but we had to get back on the road. The views are breathtaking from the porch!

This was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in many). The unit had everything you could think of, and some things you couldn't! There were band aids and bear spray, extra technology plugs and pillows, q-tips and games. The only thing I couldn't find that I looked for was tea! They even dropped off really good ground coffee for the coffee machine and bear spray just in case we hadn't brought our own (we hadn't). There were plenty of towels, dishes and dishwasher detergent. The wifi was excellent, the air condition worked and everything in the house was well labeled. The curtains made the rooms very dark, each room had a desk and fully equipped closet. The bed was comfortable.
Things to be aware of: this is a very small 2 bedroom unit. There's a kitchen table for four but the two of us struggled to fit into the chairs because of how tight the space was. And the bedrooms are tiny, you will have to squeeze by the end of the bed in the master to get to the other side. You will need to carry your stuff up the stairs to the unit which is on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from spices to baking dishes to mixers, etc., but the quality of some of the cooking pots and pans was below average. None of these are complaints but just observations.
Overall, it is evident that the owners take very good care of the rental and want the renters to enjoy their stay. I really can't say enough in praise!
The location was fantastic, just outside Yellowstone east entrance. The host was accessible and willing to answer questions before and during the stay, very accommodating. The view was spectacular with wildlife in the front yard. The property was clean and had all the essentials plus.
My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. The chalet was as advertised and more. Comfortable beds, great amenities and beautifully decorated. And all the little extras you may have forgot were available on site. Easy access to Cody and Yellowstone with several trail ride outfits close by, just be sure to book them a few days in advance. Everything about the chalet was awesome!
