"Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. "Easy and friendly check-in. Short walk from the train station. Booked the Ground Floor Superior Room which was felt very deluxe and was spotlessly clean. 5 min walk from Motorpoint Arena would definitely stay again when in the area. My only suggestion is that if you are a light sleeper not to get a ground floor room as was a tad noisy outside and in the corridor."

"Checked in for overnight stay for a wedding. When I checked in I paid for the room got my key. I was then told oh the floor you are on has some heating issues but there’s heaters in the room. I was ok with that. When I got to my room which was very me no heater, I rang down to reception they were very polite and said well sort it straight away within 5 minutes a lady was there with a good sized oil filled heater . My room was cozy and warm and smelt amazing . Breakfast was amazing too staff amazingly polite. Definitely stay again ."
