Wake up to sunrises from the master sliding glass doors and pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the balcony. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better! Restaurants are nearby, and the full-length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 35 lbs. 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

Gorgeous ocean view with big balcony. Husband loved the recliner & big TV. He also loved parking car in garage so it wasn't hot inside anytime we went somewhere. Had a little issue with keypad checking in but Deanne was immediately available to help remedy the issue. Lots of great restaurants close by.

My husband and I had a great time in Cocoa Beach and the condo was great! Very clean and very accommodating, exactly as described! Every place we wage was good and Wildside Tours gave us a great dolphin expedition. Would recommend a stay here!

You Can't Get Closer To The Beach

Fantastic location facing the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Steps away from the beach! Convenient off street parking and underground parking. Deanne was a pleasure to work with.

Stove and oven were great, once we learned how to use them. The TV system was a little challenging for someone that still has satellite TV. The host was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Loved the location, close proximity to all we needed, especially the beach.

We loved the place, remodeling of the resort was going on, but it’s was tolerable. The area was nice, good food, drinks, and bar right beside the condo. Deanna is wonderful to work with, such a sweet lady, and great with communicating. Thanks for opening up your condo to us.
