Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property was spic and span. Excellent access to the beach. Nice neighborhood. We rode our bikes down to port and watched the cruise ships

Wonderful location, peaceful oasis

This was such a nice retreat while I was working remotely and visiting family. I enjoyed walking to see the sunrise and taking breaks to see the ocean throughout the day. It's close to lots of places to get food too and also awesome to see the rocket launches from the space center. I decided to extend my stay one extra day and the hosts were super responsive when I was adjusting the length of stay.

The first thing you notice is that it is right on the beach, literally.Excellent access to the beach. And what a beach! If you are looking for the classic sand and water scene, this is it.No rows of umbrellas, no "reserved" beach areas, no vendors. Nothing but pristine beach.The unit itself is amazing! The thing we noticed right away was how absolutely spotless it was.Every square inch was clean. I mean surgical clean. Highly unusual for a beachfront unit.The unit had a full size fridge and freezer, a full size stove with oven, microwave, even a K-Cup coffee maker with coffee!Very nice layout with dining area, living room with good TV, spacious bedroom, nice bathroom, good shower, etc.Also, even though there are a lot of bugs in FLA, we didn't see a single bug or fly in the unit.Again, very unusual.My daughter and I spent the weekend on the beach and the entire stay was perfect!The instructions were clear and we didn't have a single issue.Very happy with this place and we are looking at it now for our next rip!Highly recommend!

Great location.

There were a few issues with getting the rental contract sent to me, but were resolved before we left for the trip. The unit is nicely equipped and is exactly like the listing pics. Loved the proximity to the beach. There was an issue with the front door of the unit when we arrived, but the host reacted quickly and we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful condo!

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge, a nice couch with a large flat screen TV plus a smaller flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Very close to covenience stores, a few bars/restaurants, and a 15-20 minute walk to a large grocery store. It's also on a bus route. The beach was a short walk through a nice path.

Fabulously located close to the beach, just a short beautiful walk. Everything we needed for the beach was available. Towels, chairs, and umbrella. The area is quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to 7-11 and a very nice natural market. The coco beach pier is only a mile walk along the beach. Host is quick to respond and a pleasure to chat with. I hope we can someday return. Beautiful Location

Our place was located within a short walk to the beach and had a beautiful view! Lots of delicious restaurants nearby for both seafood lovers and those who don’t enjoy seafood. Highly recommend this location as it was quiet and enjoyable.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful clean beach and enjoyed the patio area right off the dunes. It was a great place to watch the night launch from NASA KSC. Condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable.
