Sandcastles 115 - Beautiful Cocoa Beach Vacation Condo

  • Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Sandcastles.

    This unit has been recently renovated with a new kitchen including granite counters, wood flooring, bathroom vanities, stainless steel appliances, track lighting, flat screen televisions and very well decorated. This condo is perfect for the family and is only a few short steps from the beach.

    Master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate bathroom.

    The condo unit is smoke free and pet free, and has a completely stocked kitchen. Free High Speed Wireless Internet is included with the unit.

    Beach towels, linens and some beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

    Amenities include, private beach access, heated pool, hot tub and tennis courts are available at Sandcastles.

    This condo is walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Sandcastles is a family friendly vacation rental in one of the most sought after location in Cocoa Beach.

    This unit is a minimum 7 night rental. Contact the owner if you desire a stay less than 7 nights. ** Due to additional sanitizing and cleaning of the unit we can not accept same day check out and check in. Only next day check ins will be accepted. **

Has a very comfortable living space! Has a sleep number bed which we didn’t know till the 2nd night. It was at 100 and we felt like we were sleeping on a board but once we figured out the bed it was sooo comfortable!

Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Unit 115 is located on first floor directly across from pool and only a short walk to Beach Entrance. It was great to be able to pull up right in front of Condo in Circle Drive to load and unload. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it - unit is on the ground floor making it easy to get our young kids and beach wagon out to the beach, which is a short walk away. Well stocked with all the necessities you could need. We would definitely book again!

Colorful and fun

very well maintained complex with a GREAT condo! Upgraded trim work, decor. Outside patio has very comfortable furniture and was a plus. Ground floor made social distancing easy. This area of the beach is very wide and beautiful. Cooked most nights and found all I needed very well located would definitely come again. The funky colorful decor would have any little girl thinking she was in a palace!
