Direct Oceanfront complex in Cocoa Beach! This ground-floor unit is steps from the beach. This bright and clean home has ceramic tile throughout and is fully furnished with king-size and queen-size beds. This beachside complex has direct beach access, a heated pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. The location could not be better: all the restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping are nearby.
Beautifully updated condo complete with perfectly comfy furnishings. This two-bedroom condo features an open kitchen with recent updates, including new lighting, backsplash, appliances, counters, flooring, fixtures, and cabinets in the kitchen and bath. As it is a first-floor unit, access is easy, with no steps to haul groceries. The sliding door makes entry even more manageable and provides lots of natural light. Adding to the list of conveniences, this unit also has a complete laundry with a stackable washer and dryer and a new Whirlpool dishwasher in the kitchen. A new a/c unit was recently installed.
Offering a Resort-Like Atmosphere, the complex has easy and private access to the beach and amenities including a pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and club room. This great vacation rental is centrally located in North Cocoa Beach, just blocks from restaurants and shopping, near the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is an hour's drive to Orlando and all the parks!

    Bookings for January - March are every month from the 1st to the last day of the month. No trailers, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles.
    Please shake off or rinse the sand at the complex's beach entrance. There is a water spout and shower at the entrance. Please hang wet towels.
    We accept one small dog under 20 lb. A pet fee of $ 125 for a 2-week stay or $150/month is required. A lost key or parking permit is a $100 fee.
