Unit 305 is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers lots of sunlight! There are big glass sliding doors in the living room & master bedroom, both of which open up to separate balconies. This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. You can comfortably sleep 5 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and queen air mattress in the living room.

Easily come back

The place was so perfect. Location was excellent. Watched both day and night launches from Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center (so cool!!). Host was super accommodating and took care of us all the way. Would definitely come back to Cocoa Beach and stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay, clean, maintained well, great pool, clean, shuffle board, grills and picnic area to sit and enjoy the outdoor. Easy access directly on the beach. Only place to have a rooftop view of the entire beach area. We really enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to friends and family.

We loved the location, management of the property, and the resort was very clean. The only negative was the living room furniture was not as pictured in the ad. and what was there wasn't very comfortable. We are very interested in coming back again.

It isn’t as new as some of the others, but this place is awesome! The property manager is onsite daily and easily reached, ready to help with ANYTHING! The area is the best, everything you could need in walking distance, and SAFE! The beach, breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed mourning walks every day to watch the sunrise, and loved to watch it set over the city from the rooftop deck. Overall this place is amazing!! We can’t wait to come back! Relaxing

When I tell you - this is the place. This is the place. The property is directly on the beach so you grab your stuff, walk through the pool deck and bam - Beach! I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath here and had a wonderful vacation with my family (2 teens and 1 tween). We walked the beach most mornings, had breakfast, and were back out to either swim in the pool or hit the waves. The property is central located to major places to eat or gather supplies. Loved it and will return again. Thank you so much.

GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION

First off, Zareh was a great host! I cannot express the gratitude I have for the kindness and generosity in letting my family move about the place to help me celebrate my wedding! Thank you SO MUCH! Checkin was simple and so was checkout. The location could'nt be better. We were close to lots of food! The beach was literally right there when you walk through the pool area. Which was very clean by the way. The place provided body boards, backpack chairs, and beach towels! There was an umbrella but was too windy to use. Overall, this was a beautiful and clean place in a great area! I highly recommend and would LOVE to stay again! Thank you for everything!!

Great vacation

We had a great time. Could see the beach from the balcony, hear the waves while we slept. Access to the beach is right in front to the property, pool is heated, and the view from the rooftop is perfect. We even to witness a SpaceX launch. We were provided with a launch schedule on the day of by the property manager. The accomodations in the condo itself worked well, despite some discrepancy from the time we booked (in March) and our stay (in December). We were supposed to have a condo with a sofa bed but upon arrival, the living room had two regular sofas, nothing like the picture and we were provided with an air mattress. Property manager was however quick to propose a solution and brought up a rollaway bed which worked out fine. Condo is furnished with a "starter pack" of toilet paper and cleaning products. If you are there for a longer stay (we stayed two weeks), you'll need to buy more. Also, they provide a broom and vacuum, but nothing to wash the floors. We had to buy a mop. I guess you could make do with dirty floors from the beach by wearing shoes, but we weren't used to that ;) It was a great vacation, would highly recommand this rentals.

Nice location near Pier. Enjoyed the ease of walking onto beach just steps away. Was able to easily walk on the beach every morning to get my exercise in. The condo had the beach chairs and umbrella available for use. We had a very tranquil beach week so we could decompress. The pool was nice. Wish it was bigger but was usable.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway!This place is right on the ocean and just a short walk from the pier, so it's super convenient and close to everything. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great day on the beach.We did have to contact management because one of the gate codes had changed, but I mention it only to highlight how responsive they were. They answered right away and resolved the issue quickly.Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! Clean, spacious, every amenity we needed and more! Location was perfect - a few steps to the beach, the pier, a few shops and restaurants as well. If you couldn't walk where you wanted to go, it was a super quick drive. The hosts were incredible with excellent communication! Would 12/10 recommend staying here!!

Loved the bright colors and beachy theme decor. Very convenient location. Pool looked nice but unfortunately weather did not cooperate to enjoy it. My only disappointment was the cheap paper products provided.

Cocoa Beach stay Nov/Dec 2022

The overall property is in decent shape and constantly being improved up. This is our 4th stay at this building, 2nd in the same unit. Last time here was in 2019 and furnishings are still the same. Sofa and loveseat could use upgrading as they are worn. Otherwise place was clean, comfortable and well equipped . Zareh and Taylor were very responsive with any requests. Good work guys. Will be back soon

We spent the first 70 minutes trying to gain access to the condo. Finally got an employee to come to

Nothing worked. Rooftop was locked and we had a handicapped person traveling with us. That is reason we selected this condo so he had access to the view without trying to navigate the sand. We were not notified that the roof top was closed. The door lock gave us trouble repeatedly but all that was done was to give us some WD40 to spray. We were limited to travel because we were constantly worried about getting back e in. We reported out TVs were malfunctioning but Drew never sent anyone until 24 hours or more. Our stay was miserable and we checked out three days early. All these issues could have been avoided by a simple phone call letting us know the hurricane had severely impacted the building. We asked for another unit but were told the only beach view available would cost us an additional $300.00 dollars. Rating this facility with a one star is stretching the truth.
