We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved it!

Rental nightmare. Day of check in the owner changed her mind & denied us the small b’day celebration we had planned. $he didn’t want to cancel our $5k rental booking so we checked in to the house which was completely surrounded by cameras always watching & listening to your every move including the garage. The host was informed that my niece would be visiting and after they left $he charged us ($1,550) for extra people and a pet fee(emotional support animal) alleging overnight stay. She insisted we pay or leave. We refused to be extorted and VRBO informed us that we could stay in the property until the reservation was cancelled by the host. The entire time we were packed up because at anytime we thought someone would knock on our door and kick us out. This has been the worst experience and host that we have ever encountered. Owner ruined our vacation. Harassed us everyday and when we finally checked out one day early due to the stress, we come to find out $he also made an insurance claim. We have been renting homes all over the world and have never been treated like this. Do yourself a favor & don’t rent from this owner until $he learns how to treat her guest properly.
