About this property

Perfect Family Beach House - 1 Block from Ocean

  • Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.

    This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

    The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc.

    The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use.

Very nice location!! Nice pool!! When not at the beach, we just loved chilling out in the fenced backyard by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was easy to reach if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Great little house. Located just a block from the beach. Easy short walk to the beach. Great location for nearby restaurants and shops. It met all of our expectations. The backyard pool was nice to have! On a busier road but didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay here again!

My Family loved this little house. Pool was nice and of course we had great weather. It's short walk to the beach with all your beach essentials there in the garage. Beds were comfy too, street can be a little busy at times, but other than that we would come back if we are down this way again!

Our stay was nice. The house overall is good but the beds need new matresses and the road noise is loud. The location is great and the pool is nice. Watch out fir the sand spurs in the yard though.

Much Needed Relaxation Post Disney Trip!

We stayed at this home back in 2019 with my parents. We loved it then & still love it now! Our family has already booked for another trip in a few months. So close to the beach and the private pool is chef’s kiss! I reached out to the owners about not being able to find wash cloths and they went out of their way to ship us some during our visit. Truly a home away from home & then some!

We had such a wonderful stay, our second trip here, becoming a new family tradition. The location is perfect, close to the beach and so many great restaurants, pool was used everyday. Home is so clean and has all the amenities you could hope for. My mom, dogs and I had the best time. Thank you Leach family for providing such a lovely place for a much needed getaway. Awesome Vacation Home

Our family had a great stay here. Everything was very clean, the house had everything you would need, from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear. The beach is only a short walk, and since the home is in more of a residential area the beach was not crowded, in fact the first day we went we had it to ourselves. The pool was great as well, and it was nice to come back from the beach and jump in the pool. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this home. One of my teenagers even told me this was our best vacation ever.

Another Year of Wonderful Memories

This is the third consecutive year at the Leach Beach House. The is a great vacation home. It is located close to the beach and has a welcoming backyard with a pool. It is on a busy street, quieted down at night, and not an issue for us. I would have preferred it to be a little cleaner, but I have high standards. Sam responded and understood my frustration. We will definitely return.

Slow Down

We had a wonderful vacation. Stayed for 15 days. Had no problem at all with the house. The place was clean. organized, pool was great, everything needed for having a good time. My only concern was the traffic going by the house. Speed limit was posted at 35 mph, but many drove by at 50-55 mph. I did not see one single police officer stop anyone for speeding. We would definitely stay there again, just wish the traffic would slow down.
