A first-class condo

This condo, owned by a couple (not a corporation), is beautifully decorated and equipped. All amenities, including beach chairs and towels, are included. A bonus is that NASA rocket launches can be seen from the beach in the back of the condo. An amazing sight. We would definitely go back again.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This is one of the BEST VRBO properties we've ever visited. The interior looks brand new, the beds are super comfortable and the organization of everything is after the heart of any engineer. Everything is in its place and labeled. Love it. We will absolutely return should we visit Cocoa Beach again. BOOK THIS ONE!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was in a perfect location and was exactly as described. We had a small issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly on the first day and the owners were very responsive and did everything they could to fix the issue as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful, well equipped, great beach condo!!

Marilyn was fast responding and very nice. The condo was very well renovated and decorated. Beds were super comfy, and all the beach gear was there..and more! Kitchen was great and anything you can think of is there. We had a brief stay but wish it had been longer. A little pricier than some other condos in the area, but well worth it! We’ll def book again when coming to the area. We got to see rocket launch too!

Fabulous place to stay!

We had to change our vacation plans last minute due to Hurricane Helene damaging the place we originally booked on the Gulf side, and we’re so glad we ended up in Cocoa Beach! Marilyn was absolutely fantastic—super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton hit while we were here, but Marilyn guided us every step of the way, from lowering the hurricane shutters to who to contact for any issues. Her support made all the difference, and we couldn't have asked for a better host! As for the condo itself, it was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like a home away from home. Despite the weather, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!
